ENERGO-PRO Sales AD has a license to supply electricity as end supplier and a license to supply electricity as supplier of last resort. The license territory of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD is nearly 30,000 square kilometers and covers 9 regions in Northeastern Bulgaria - Varna, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Dobrich, Razgrad, Ruse, Silistra, Targovishte and Shumen. The company supplies electricity to nearly 1.1 million household and non-household customers and also offers other related energy solutions, products and services. In 2013, ENERGO-PRO Sales AD realized sales of electricity amounting to 4.8 TWh.

In its capacity of end supplier ENERGO-PRO Sales AD supplies electricity to household and non-household customers, the sites of which are connected to the low voltage electricity distribution grid.

By virtue of its license of supplier of last resort, the company supplies electricity to:

(1)   clients with sites connected to the middle voltage electricity distribution grid until they choose another supplier;

(2)   clients, whose supplier on the freely negotiated prices electricity market does not supply due to reasons outside the client.

Through the years the company constantly invests in enhancing the quality of services to its clients, to maintain good long tern business relations with them.
