New General terms and conditions for access and transmission of electricity through the electricity distribution grid of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD


Today the company released the "General terms and conditions for the sale of electricity of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD” (General Terns & Conditions) as of Art.98a of the Energy Act. They will be valid for the customers of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD in its capacity of end supplier – these are household and non-household customers with sites connected to the electricity distribution grid at low voltage level, which have not chosen another supplier of electricity. The General Terns and Conditions have been approved by the State Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (SEWRC) by Decision № ОУ-06, dated July 21, 2014 and come into force 30 days after the date of publication, i.e. from September 7, 2014.

Before being submitted for approval by SEWRC, the General Terms and Conditions have undergone a procedure for public hearing in the period June 14 – July 16, 2013. During the public hearing the company's customers had the opportunity to express their suggestions and comments on the previously announced project. The final draft for General Terms and Conditions was submitted for approval by SEWRC on September 23, 2013 along with all the suggestions and comments received during the public hearing, as well as the comments of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD on them. In the process of approving the new General Terms and Conditions SEWRC gave mandatory instructions for amendments and additions in the draft provided by the company. The published General Terms and Conditions of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD are approved by SEWRC in compliance with the given by the commission mandatory instructions.
